Hello, We Are Your CIMA Board

As with any well run home owners association, an elected board is necessary to ensure that the best interest of all homeowners and boat owners are represented. 

The board is responsible for such tasks as establishing and maintaining the operating budget for CIMA, scheduling and hosting quarterly meetings & social events, overseeing the rules & regulations of the HOA, and at times, acting to enforce HOA bylaws.

 

Board members are elected by the residents and serve a 3 year term.

Bill Nicholson

Board President

Bill is the CIMA HOA president provides board leadership and serves as the main point of contact for the board. Bill has been a resident for 23  years. His term is set to expire in 2028.

Dana Jacobs

Treasurer

Dana Jacobs is the CIMA treasurer and keeps our finance records in order. Dana has been a resident for 16 years and has served on the board for more than 10 years. Her term is set to expire in 2027.

David Bartz

Secretary

David is the CIMA secretary and is responsible for hosting and documenting our HOA meetings. David has been a resident for 6 years. His term is set to expire in 2026.
