The meeting included a treasurer's report, updates on the propane line replacement, and discussions about cold weather tips, committee reports (ARC, Emergency, Holiday Decorating, Landscape, Maintenance, Reserve, and Security), old business (propane line replacement, standpipe, website, and vendor list), and new business. New business included a new owner's guide, exit interviews, and social events. Key decisions and discussions involved changing the gate code, not implementing cameras, and addressing cardboard recycling issues.
Board members discussed reserve study, approved annual budget, approved creation of the Green Team, and discussed safety enhancements for the moorage.
