Committees
Channel Island Marina is a special place and its members are committed to keeping it that way! Many homeowners volunteer on one or more of the committees.
The community always welcomes additional volunteers - if you're looking for a place to plug in and share your talents, reach out to any board or committee member.
\ Architecture
The architecture committee ensures that all CIMA dwellings and structures adhere to HOA bylaws. They also approve changes to homes (such as paint colors, trim, additions, etc).
Nancy Wilder is the committee chair.
\ Emergency
The emergency committee ensures that safety features up to date and accessible to all CIMA members.
Liz Christie is the committee chair.
\ Green Team
The Green Team Committee is focused on teaching CIMA neighbors about ways to reduce, reuse and recycle everything from plastics, food products, clothing, furniture, and more.
Kris Hines is the committee chair.
\ Landscape
The landscape committee oversees the CIMA grounds and keeps them in pristine condition.

\ Maintenance
The maintenance committee oversees the common areas of CIMA and keeps them in good working order.

The reserves committee alerts the board of upcoming large capital projects and associated budgetary implications.

The security committee ensures that the marina has reasonable safety devices and alerts in place.
