The HOA is the collection of all homeowners/renters as well as the elected board that represents the neighborhood. If you live in the neighborhood, you are a part of the HOA.

The HOA is responsible for maintaining and enforcing standards set forth in the governing documents to ensure that the needs of the neighborhood as a whole are represented, as well as to maintain consistency. The HOA does not mediate neighborhood disputes and/or field complaints from neighbors.

Yes. The board does vote and/or makes decisions on issues impacting the neighborhood. However, for issues that are spelled out in the CIMA governing documents (including any changes to the governing documents themselves), the board may make recommendations but ultimately, will request a formal vote from homeowners.

Annual meetings are scheduled in the first quarter of each year. Board meetings are scheduled as needed.
