The Channel Island Marina Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting highlighted major achievements, including the preservation of Slip 20, strong financial stewardship, and continued investments in safety, security, and infrastructure. Committee updates and member discussions reinforced the community’s shared commitment to long‑term marina stewardship, sustainability, and engagement. The meeting also included the election of Nate Hines to the role of CIMA Secretary.
The Board reviewed financials, committee updates, and ongoing operational projects, including the transition to a new gate system, maintenance and landscape improvements, planned NO WAKE signage updates, and next steps on Slip 20 integration, while also discussing a proposed fixed‑fee approach for boat‑slip electricity and confirming upcoming community dates.
